Canadian Journal of Family Law
This site lets you look at abstracts of articles appearing in each volume of this journal from its beginning in 1978 up to Volume 17, 2000. Unfortunately the pace of family law changes frequently and Volumes 18 & 19 for 2001 & 2002 aren't yet on the Internet.


Journal of Divorce & Remarriage
This journal describes itself as "an authoritative resource covering all aspects of divorce, including predivorce marital and family treatment, marital separation and dissolution, childrenŠs responses to divorce and separation, single parenting, remarriage, and stepfamilies. Phew. No articles are available for reading on the web but the site does allow you to view the Table of Contents of the current and back issues and there's a good abstract of the article set out. Their may very well be issues or topics canvassed here of value to you or your client in particular situations and you may be able to find a scholarly report supporting a position you're putting forward.

American Journal of Psychiatry
This is a scholar's site. It's searchable by subject and in most cases you get an abstract of what the article is about. You can subscribe to get the full article by paying for the individual article or joining the site at a cost of $15USD for 24 hours.
